By using the system's easy to use graphical interface, the sales representative has the ability to sit with prospective customers and instantly review all the models and options which the company offers. By using a variety of graphic media including photographs, renderings, drawings, etc., the customer can instantly compare the features of each selection and weigh them against their respective costs. For added realization, the customer can elect to "walk through" the finished house to get a sense of how the finished spaces flow and interconnect. The images can be further enhanced by using Vertex' Lightworks Rendering System which can accurately represent numerous variations of materials, textures and finishes to give a nearly "photographic quality" representation of the final design.
