The purpose of Technical Support is to solve customers' problems concerning Vertex software and peripherals. The service is available for Vertex customers with a valid maintenance agreement. Technical Support is available from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Technical Support staff can be reached most easily by e-mail to . Technical Support can help solve problems in translating drawings or 3D-models from VERTEX to other CAD formats or vice versa. We also can handle the whole translation process if requested to (this will be charged on hourly basis). |
